A baby announcement is a notice traditionally sent to friends and family by the parents of a baby within the first year of the baby’s birth for the primary purpose of alerting friends and family to the birth of the baby.
Having a child is extremely exciting, and you should show that off. Try to inform people of the birth of your child as soon as you can, but remember there is no real rush for it. Everyone understands how busy it is being parents.
One of the best parts of birth announcements is the photo of the baby. If you aren’t comfortable sending out a picture of your child, you don’t have to. However, if you do choose to take a picture and send it out, here are a few tips to make it easier.
Try to keep the temperature warmer for your child. You want them to be comfortable, they may cry if it’s too cold. If you want to use a prop, make sure your newborn photography props is used to enhance the photograph, not dominate it! Make sure the newborn is comfortable and well-lit before you worry about the props.
Remember, Dad’s or Mom’s hands make the best props.
As always, you can come in or email your information and we will work with you to make sure you love your announcements. Also, if you happen to buy a design online, you can email the pdf file of it to Rod at firstname.lastname@example.org and he’ll take care of you.
